😀 - We stayed at this hotel twice, and both times our stay was absolutely wonderful. We felt genuinely cared for during every moment. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is incredibly kind, and we were offered several breakfast options. Housekeeping was done daily and always at a high level, they refreshed the fruit plate, brought a large 5-liter bottle of water, and delicious fresh bread. The fridge had milk, eggs, and other products, so we could always cook something for ourselves. I travel a lot and rarely experience such a thoughtful, attentive attitude toward guests. We also asked the hotel to organize a trip to the hot springs, it was an amazing experience. We had a great driver with very safe driving, and the hot springs themselves were wonderful. Highly recommended! Special thanks for the laundry service, everything was done perfectly. The day before, we climbed Cotopaxi and really needed our clothes and shoes washed. Everything was handled at the highest level. Stable internet, hot water, plenty of towels - all of this was available. Thank you so much once again!

Exceeded expectations- so friendly and safe
Home away from home- this hotel is such a welcoming place, it feels so secure and has a tranquil atmosphere as soon as you arrive in the courtyard. The hosts will be happy to help with any questions and we were very pleased with the airport pick up ( very friendly driver with good English skills- as well as their restaurant recommendations - and the tour of old town Quito we booked through the hotel. The apartment was ready with a filled fridge with healthy high quality foods to prepare our own breakfast- freshly baked sourdough bread - amazing experience when arriving from long flight from Europe. Pleasant beds and definitely a highly recommended place worth staying in when in Quito.

Absolutely perfect stay – we couldn’t have chosen better.
The staff was outstanding, extremely kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The location is perfect: very close to the historic center, yet safe, quiet, and peaceful with absolutely no street noise.
The apartment was cleaned daily, and breakfast was prepared exactly according to our wishes. As a wonderful bonus, every day they restocked the fridge with basic groceries, fresh water, tea, coffee, and fruit — a level of service you rarely experience.
The entire property feels calm, secure, and very well maintained. We felt comfortable from the first moment. If we ever return to Quito, this is the only place we would stay. Highly recommended.

😀 - Naprosto perfektní ubytování – lepší jsme si v Quitu nemohli přát. Skvělý a velmi ochotný personál, který se o nás staral s opravdovou péčí. Perfektní a bezpečná lokalita, kousek od historického centra, přitom naprostý klid a ticho, žádný hluk z ulice. Každý den probíhal úklid, snídaně byla vždy připravená přesně podle našeho přání. Velkým bonusem bylo každodenní doplňování základních potravin do lednice, včetně vody, čaje, kávy a čerstvého ovoce – to se opravdu jen tak nevidí. Ubytování je velmi klidné, čisté a působí bezpečně, člověk se tu cítí opravdu komfortně. Za nás absolutní top a pokud se do Quita vrátíme, jinam už nepůjdeme. The absolutely best place to stay!
😀 - Their thoughtfulness! When it was raining outside they had put the heater on inside my room, so it was lovely and warm. Nothing was too much effort for them. We also loved the plentiful food in the fridge for breakfast. They left fruit and wine and a beautiful loaf of fresh bread. The bathroom also had many many supplies in terms of lotions and soaps etc! It was a wonderful home away from home. 😞 - Nothing
Peaceful, comfortable place to stay in a busy city!
We spent two week nights in the High Ceiling Suite at Old Town Suites, Quito. We also spent a few nights in the area near Carolina Park early in our trip. That neighborhood was so noisy at night with clubs and car alarms going off. OLDTown Suites was so quiet, we were thrilled. The location is still very walkable for active people. There is a ground level suite, if stairs are hard for you. The suite was very comfortable. The space was light and beautiful. The fridge was stocked with items for breakfast, but warm croissants were delivered, too. You can make your own coffee or tea. Other great amenities: robes, laundry service, a bottle of wine and fresh fruit. The best aspect of staying here was the excellent communication with staff, via email or WhattsApp. We greatly appreciated having the staff reserve our airport taxi as well as a taxi over to the cable car up to Quito's mountain . The taxis booked by staff did not over charge. Security is great, too. The outer door is locked, but staff are on hand 24/7. There's a safe in the room. Very friendly staff are super helpful. Joz checked us in, but all were great. They can also help you book other day trips. I am really glad we stayed for a couple of extra days in Quito. The peaceful vibe at Old Town Suites helped us prepare for the big day of travel home.
