😀 - Everything; the design (it’s as good as it looks in the photos), the space, the equipped kitchen, the excellent breakfast items included in the fridge, the very friendly and helpful staff, the location (it’s a safe road with other hotels and hostels, and opposite/next to about 4 reasonable restaurants and there’s a little corner shop a few doors down and a supermarket 2-3 mins walk away). 😞 - Nothing - it was fantastic.

We are located in the pleasant neighborhood of San Blas; in the historic center of Quito, on the streets José Antepara E3 61 and Vicente Leon. A perfect place to start your walking tours, a tour of the historic center. From here you have easy access to any part of Quito.

We offer two breakfast options to our guests. The first option includes the basic breakfast items in the fridge, as well as a freshly baked loaf of bread. This allows you to create your breakfast to suit you. If you prefer a cooked breakfast, the second option is for you. This option includes warm butter, chocolate croissants and eggs cooked to your liking. Our breakfast options are designed to suit your unique dietary needs and preferences to ensure your stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

If you choose not to arrange your pick-up service through us, you can take a taxi by mentioning our address: José Anteparra E3 61 y Vicente Leon, San Blas.


You can also take a bus from the airport that will take you to the land terminal of Rio Coca (take the bus of the company SOTRANOR, available from 6 am to 10 pm). Once there, you will have to take the Ecovia lane and get off at the Simon Bolivar bus stop. Our establishment is a 10-minute walk away.


If you couldn´t take the last ecovia, please take a taxi.

At Old Town Quito Suites, we provide secure airport transfers for all guests. For business travelers staying three nights or more, the inbound transfer is complimentary. Our bilingual drivers ensure safe, punctual service from the airport directly to your suite.
