We are located in the pleasant neighborhood of San Blas; in the historic center of Quito, on the streets José Antepara E3 61 and Vicente Leon. A perfect place to start your walking tours, a tour of the historic center. From here you have easy access to any part of Quito.

Yes, we can definitely arrange your transportation! Our reception is open 24/7, as are our trusted drivers, so we can pick you up and welcome you back at any time!


To confirm the airport shuttle service, please provide us with the following details:

- Flight number

- Airline company

– Flight itinerary

- Arriving time


Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a personalized sign. The transfer rate is based on the number of passengers, starting from USD 40 for up to three people.


Additionally, we offer transportation services from other locations across the country. Feel free to share your itinerary at [email protected]or via WhatsApp.

If you choose not to arrange your pick-up service through us, you can take a taxi by mentioning our address: José Anteparra E3 61 y Vicente Leon, San Blas.


You can also take a bus from the airport that will take you to the land terminal of Rio Coca (take the bus of the company SOTRANOR, available from 6 am to 10 pm). Once there, you will have to take the Ecovia lane and get off at the Simon Bolivar bus stop. Our establishment is a 10-minute walk away.


If you couldn´t take the last ecovia, please take a taxi.

We offer two breakfast options to our guests. The first option includes the basic breakfast items in the fridge, as well as a freshly baked loaf of bread. This allows you to create your breakfast to suit you. If you prefer a cooked breakfast, the second option is for you. This option includes warm butter, chocolate croissants and eggs cooked to your liking. Our breakfast options are designed to suit your unique dietary needs and preferences to ensure your stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Diego , Fransisco , Jos and Freddie made us feel so welcome and they could not have been more helpful . The rooms were immaculate and roomy and quiet and the location was excellent for the old town . An absolutely charming suite (we stayed in "Over the Bridge") in a perfect location. Our stay was shorter than we had planned due to flight delays but the staff were really helpful in accommodating the schedule changes, and they arranged a day trip to Mindo for us that was truly a delight – Joshua was fantastic. Not a single complaint – truly a 5-star stay.

From beginning to end, our experience at Old Town Suites was beyond phenomenal. Walking in to the hotel, we marveled at the beauty of it. The owner Dirk Van den Begin has a keen eye for detail and design, and it shows. ||We were greeted instantly by the person at reception and to our surprise, every time we returned from being out, the person at reception came out to greet us personally and ask about our time out and about. ||Our apartment was extremely roomy and felt like a home. Again, gorgeous and every detail thought of. It was spotless. The fridge was stocked with breakfast foods: milk, yogurt, tomato, cheese, ham, eggs,bottled water and a fresh loaf of bread. All of which was replenished daily. Along with a plate of varied fruits! To boot, we were provided with still warm plain and chocolate croissants for the next several mornings. Heaven! Probably the best croissants I’ve ever had. ||At our request we took two excursions booked through Old Town. They were efficient in response times, and when one didn’t turn out the way it was described, we were offered a complimentary repeat which turned out to be much better. ||All in all we truly enjoyed our stay and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Old Town Quito Suites was a fabulous place to stay! It had the convenience and security of a hotel with a more comfortable and homey Airbnb vibe. My “room” was more like a spacious apartment rather than a hotel room or even a suite. The fresh fruit, the loaf of fresh bread, the eggs, juice, butter, ham, cheese, jam, coffee, and tea provided every morning were all phenomenal. I enjoyed being able to cook my breakfast the way I wanted it rather than having a hotel buffet. All of the staff members were friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I feel I got an exceptional value for what I paid. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future, if I returned to Quito. I had a phenomenal stay at Old Town Quito Suites and highly recommended this place.
